5 Simple Steps To Consistently Get Your Butt In The Gym And The Butt You Always Wanted (Part 1 Of 5)

By: Fracka Future

Welcome to part 1 of 5 of this web course. Each part will reveal a new technique on how to build consistency into your exercise routine and turn that once hated event into a consistent pleasure where you reap the benefits. Say good bye to punishment, frustration, and feelings of being overwhelmed and say hello to your new life.

Does this sound like a tall order? Is this too much to pull off? Not to worry, this 5 part course can do just that and it will not take some Herculean effort. If we are going to turn you into a rock solid, super consistent, get your butt to the gym guy or gal, then we better make the system fun, easy and produce measurable results.

Now that we got the preliminaries out of the way, we will get down to business with part 1 of the course. So, what is that first critical step?

Know Your Target

Yep, we are starting with the basics, but this is not something to overlook. The number one reason people fail is:

“They set themselves up to lose before they even start.

Not having a target is the quickest route to failure. Imagine going to watch a sporting event where the athletes all run around doing there own thing. No Goals, No End Zones, No Ball, No Hoops, No targets, etc.

If not having a target is the quickest route to failure, then why do so many people avoid it?

PAIN

You got it. PAIN. Your body is hard wired to avoid pain and setting targets can be painful. Normally:

We set super high targets
Never get close to them
Feel like a loser
Get frustrated
Give up
and then feel even worse

With all this associated to having targets, we don’t blame anyone for not setting them.

So what do you do? First, we would like to say, this program is completely different and it will NOT take you down the road of beat me up. You know where you:

Fail to achieve something
Feel bad about it
Beat yourself up for not achieving XYZ

All of this pain is in the hopes that if you make yourself feel really bad about not achieving XYZ, then you will never fail again and you will have to atone for not achieving it in the first place. The end result is:

You don’t have your goal
You feel really bad about it
You have zero motivation to try again

Sound familiar?

We know how crummy that method works, so luckily you will never have to go down that road with us.

Now back to picking the target for your body. What we want you to do is pick the exact body you would like without concern for how you can possibly get there. To make it easier, let’s make a game out of it.

If you could have someone else work out for you, but you would get all the physical results, what body would you tell them you wanted? It doesn't matter to them if you wanted to lose 20 lbs or 100lbs, so make sure you choose what you really want.

Does your body target make you feel really good when you think about actually having that body? Make sure you are not focusing on how you will get there, just how it would feel if you were there.

Who will be giving you more attention now? What new things can you do? Your only job right now is to pick the body that makes you feel great when you imagine your life living in that body.

WARNING!

You are 100% NOT allowed to compare your current body to your target body. That is the quickest way to feeling horrible and it will do you no good. Only think about how great your new body will feel and all the new possibilities that will now be open to you. Now make sure you join us in part two of:
