Are You On The Edge Of A Break Up, Due To Snoring?

By: Renee A Muller

Snoring is a global phenomenon that has become a growing issue for a random number of reasons. Some snoring issues are easily correctable and some are not so easy to figure out, but still need to be checked for the sake of future ill health issues. It is now known that there is several serious health risks if the snoring problem continues abated. Some of the future long term health risks include high blood pressure, strokes, heart problems and erectile dysfunction. One of the most immediate health risks created by snoring is sleep deprivation and sleep apnea.

Sleep deprivation for the person who has the snoring problem may or may not be aware of their snoring being so interruptive to getting the best night's sleep or not. But when a person snores, they are trying to breathe through slightly blocked to severely blocked air passage. It is not possible to sleep well without being able to breathe appropriately. Depending on the narrowing of the air passage way blockage, there will be a difference in the severity of the snoring issue and in the sleep deprivation.

Research have shown that sleep deprivation can be a leading cause of low production, daytime drowsiness, and low alertness throughout the day while in severe cases, there has been noticed a high percentage of numerous work and car related accidents. Highly skilled jobs such as construction, medicine etc. require high levels of concentration and alertness as they are job of tremendous responsibilities that sleep deprived workers deal with daily. Sleep deprivation directly related to snoring alone is not yet known exactly, but the numbers are believed to run quit high due to the fact that sleep deprivation from snoring also has to include the spouses or partners. Under research it has been found that those who sleep with a person who snores almost suffers worse cases of sleep deprivation than the ones doing the snoring!

The combination of snoring, sleep deprivation and erectile dysfunction within a marriage is more likely to be a cause of divorce than ever previously realized. It does not take long for most people to quickly fall under sleep deprivation and then find constant spats and moodiness between you and your spouse due to the lack of quality sleep. Many of those having to sleep with a person who snores also either finds themselves moving to another room for getting a decent night's sleep or making their snoring partner to move out of the shared bedroom until the snoring problem has been resolved.

This type of separation, even under the best of circumstances is really bad for the health of the marriage, if carried out for too long. The only answer is to put an end to the snoring before either person becomes unhealthy from too much lack of sleep or the terribly ill effects eventually brought upon the person who is snoring nightly. Either way, stopping your snoring problem as soon as possible is very important for many reasons, or there are now many safe ways to end your snoring for good. It is all just the matter of finding the best anti snoring method for you!
