Benefits Of Liquid Vitamin Supplements

By: JD Stratis

What are the Positive Aspects Of Liquid Vitamins and Minerals? Firstly they get into our body via the food we consume and the liquids we drink. Alternatively, we can ingest vitamins in capsule and tablet form to add the vitamins and minerals to our diet we require. There are various forms of ingesting supplements and one of the newer ways is ingesting it in its liquid grade. Are liquid vitamins and supplements more useful to our bodies than in tablet or capsule form? Let's see.

Though liquid vitamins have in the past, had a less favourable taste than supplements coated in sugar as flavoured or chewy pill methods, they're definitely easier to assimilate into our bodies. Many cases have been recorded in which youngsters have troubles with gagging, inhaling and choking just because of the size of the tablet, pill or capsule. The equivalent issue exists also for grown-ups who are unable to control their jaws and not able to stomach anything that isn't in the form of a fluid.

Because of its constitution, liquid supplements can be absorbed almost instantly into your system for a more systemic introduction of the vitamin and its median assimilation rank is some 90 to 98%. It's also 3 to 5 times more saturated than vitamin pills, tablets and capsules and this causes higher bio-activity and additional health gains.

Have you ever wondered whether or not liquefied supplementations contained antioxidants too? Vitamins E, C and A are classified as antioxidants and are usually found in most multi-vitamins but what about liquid supplements? Vitamins in liquid form are comprised of these antioxidants similar to standard tablet vitamins. Remember that the most important of all antioxidants - Vitamins A, C and E - are not internally made by the body so they are required to be a staple of what we ingest. Antioxidants are our principal protector against the ravages of damaging oxidation and chemical reaction. Antioxidants are our primary weapon in the fight against cancer and other diseases. Without them, we're essentially frailer and weaker in our defensive immune system.

A lot of individuals fail to acknowledge the beneficial aspects of liquid vitamins partially because of the mistaken belief that the effect of digestive acids of the stomach have on liquid vitamins. Some think that any supplement or mineral that the gastrointestinal system does not recognise as a part of the activity of digestion, are simply ejected as waste. Quite the opposite is, in fact true. Our digestive system in fact prefers or is more able to assimilate liquid supplements than those produced in pill or capsule form.

A vitamin tablet, capsule or lozenge has to be completely digested before it can enter the bloodstream and do any good for us. It needs to be broken up into absorb able nutrients or upwards of 70% of it won't be ingested into the bloodstream. Liquefied supplementations are easier and gentler and produce better absorption into our digestive system. Because it doesn't require breaking down a physical entity such as a pill, up to 90% of it can be ingested and absorbed straight away by our system. It's crucial to understand that digestion does not occur to break down vitamins and minerals but more to turn them into organic matter that enters our bloodstream much more easily.

Some naysayers question the amounts of of colloidal minerals found in liquefied vitamins. Are they harmful or not? Rightfully, regular plant life and fruits contain traces of these minerals. Apples, as an illustration, deliver 3-5 mg of aluminium as it is a common chemical element that can be found in many organisms. Consequently, do you see anyone suggesting that apples might pose a health hazard? We've all heard the saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away", it's more than a nursery rhyme.

This is the same case with liquid vitamins. Containing trace amounts of colloidal minerals doesn't mean that it poses any risks when consuming it. Colloidal minerals, are first and foremost, part of nature's make-up -a chemical element and part of nearly everything we consume that comes from the earth. The facts are all available but, it's still your decision whether or not you would like to take your Vitamins in liquid or solid form. All that really matters is that you understand importance of vitamins and minerals to our health and make your choice based on your preference.
