People form different departments or organizations or even people form specialist areas carries the same motive of development and revolution, thus they all come out with a different ideas and solve a large number of issues and problem with its uniqueness. Hence, it proves that brainstorming is a great process that brings only solution and improvement.

Each session of brainstorming carries certain rules and regulations which have to be maintained by their participants. Some of these rules include active participation of the participants, as everyone has the right to express their ideas and thoughts. Also, there should be no discussion, criticism, compliments, or any other sorts’ comments during the brainstorming session.

In addition to this it is considered to build on ideas generated by other team members and all the ideas shall be written in such a presentable form that representing the ideas in front of so many people can not become a very tough task. The ideas should be clear and concise which every individual get into mind easily.

Next to this is time limit and clear and combined ideas. The presentation of ideas shall be under time limit and in clear cut approach, and then only the brainstorming session can come out with an effective result.

This free-wheeling technique of brainstorming for generating ideas may produce some that seem half-baked, but it can lead to new and original solutions to problems and a new way to development and improvement. The process encourages creativity to a great extent. It expands your thinking to include all aspects of a problem or a solution. You can identify a wide range of options. By encouraging people to offer whatever ideas come to mind, it helps groups develop many ideas quickly.

Adding up, it provides a nonjudgmental environment that encourages everyone to offer ideas which are all recorded in the process. Also, brainstorming process fosters a sense of ownership in the topic discussed and in the resulting activities. When the people on a team contribute personally to the direction of a decision, they are more likely to support it.

Brainstorming is useful when you want to generate a large number of ideas about issues to tackle, possible causes of problems, approaches to use, or actions to take.
