Common acne and pimple problems

Acne is a common skin infection. It is technically called acne Vulgaris. It is usually seen on the forehead, nose and even on the back and shoulders. There are many things which can cause acne.  Understanding the problem will help us to find the cause and resort to the right method of treatment. Acne is most commonly caused due to imbalance in the hormones that are present in the body. Improper diet sweating and even using the wrong types of makeup can cause acne. Use one for two weeks, then switch to the other one for next two weeks. This helps your body in not getting used to one particular herb .This will last for a few months if done properly. After that the effects of both herbs will wear off. The aim is to detoxify your body in such a way that you do not need them after a period of time. Some of the key ingredients for acne are herbs such as milk thistle, burdock root and olive leaf extract. Some of the common home remedies that are used for the treatment of acne are honey, basin, aloe Vera, lemon, garlic and fenugreek.

Aloe Vera is the one of the more popular herbs that is being used for acne treatment since olden days. Aloe Vera contains anti inflammatory substances that can promote healing of the tissue. Pimples and boils can be treated with the help of garlic. You just need to apply garlic every night before going to bed . This will prevent acne problems such as white heads and pimples.
