Let me just get this out thought out on the table right now, once and for all…so everyone understands in plain and simple English. The wrong foods being consumed at the wrong times each day and in the wrong amounts will take a person nowhere!!!
Understand that there are literally billions of dollars spent each year telling you what to do, and they’re saying it all wrong on purpose, just to fuel their machines. The big guys at the top know what they are doing to you and me, and they don’t care. Just look at their income statement and you will know exactly what I mean. We’ve been dangling on a string like puppets in a play, swinging to their songs, all the wile doing harm to our bodies and our minds.
I enjoy a really great meal, and have always loved to eat well. What I never understood was that eating at correct times daily, the quality and quantity of the right foods, and in frequent proportions affected my weight loss or in many cases my weight gains.
Did you ever stop and think about how come people that eat more than three times a day lose weight? And here you go, you starve yourself thinking that if you skip a meal or more a day or a week, that you will see a result in weight loss. What you end up doing us confusing your own body’s metabolism, and when you eat the wrong foods at the wrong time you end up storing calories in the form of fat tissue.
You know when your PC starts acting up, and you begin to think that your PC has a mind of its own? Well when you eat to any adjustment in calories, say a 2500 calorie intake daily, or you simple starve yourself and only eat to the turn of 1000 calories a day, you metabolism will adjust to each level, no matter how much you eat of not.
Let’s go back and talk a bit more about your metabolism for a second. Here are the bitter facts; low carb diets do not work, low fat diets are ineffective, and low calorie diets…forget it, they don’t hold water as well. Although I have read many an article on this subject, it comes down to shifting the types of calories and food intake and “rotating” the way you consume your food.
Today in America there are more than fifty percent of the people walking around in an overweight status, and they don’t have to live that way if they choose too. Current methods prove that the solution to the problem of obesity is far from a magic pill or powder in a box. The real source of the troubles in fat loss are so simple, that once you figure out the cause, you will wonder where it’s been hiding all these years.
