Don't Complain About Bridesmaid DressesThe First Job Of Bridesmaids

By: silvercat2

Do you know the saying, different kinds attract?
That thought frequently plays true with best friends. While one friend will
like hot colors, the other may love dark colors. Mary will like short
dresses while Sally likes long dresses. When it comes to close friends,
varying preferences are ok. In fact, different ideas makes for interesting
relationships. Girlfriends often have varying tastes in music, men, travel and clothes—speaking of clothing---how will you react if your best
friend - picks out a horrible looking bridesmaids dress? Hopefully, she
will compensate for the anguish with a terrific bridesmaids gift.

Often bridesmaids will be disappointed by their good friend’s
choice of bridesmaids dresses. Ageeing to be a bridesmaid
is easy. Wearing an ugly dress can be a little more
difficult to accept. Many brides are upset when their bridesmaids are unhappy.
Consequently, some brides feel the need to overcompensate through
expensive bridesmaids gifts—even when they can't really afford to.

There are varying opinions as to whether or not bridesmaids can appropriately
voice what they don't like to the bride. Some feel that it is too upsetting to the bride
for bridesmaids to complain about their bridal attire or any other
aspect of the wedding. Most weddings will have four bridesmaids as an average. While deciding on a bridesmaids gift that they will
love is simple, it is not easy to find a dress that will fully
satisfy all of them. You may think that best friends
should let the bride know their thoughts. Voicing one’s opinion
is every friend’s right.

Is having a bridesmaids dress that you dislike a suitable reason to drop
out of your friend’s wedding? If you are willing to drop out of
your best friend's wedding only for the reason of disliking the dress that
she picked, then you ask yourself how you would feel if you were her.
Do not risk losing your friend because of something as petty as wearing
an ugly dress. Bridesmaids are supposed to eliminate the bride’s
concerns—not add to her tensions. The bridesmaids primary job is to make things easier for the bride.
This is the reason the bride invests so much thought in getting the perfect bridesmaids
gifts. She wants to express her recognition for all of the efforts,
aggravations that were endured, and expenses that were made for her
special day.

A wedding means so much and is a rare chance to help a friend and appearing in a dress you hate
a a little while will not affect a girl’s popularity. Good Friendsare
supposed to bend over backwards for each other—even if it means
wearing an unattractive bridesmaid dress. That is the reason why the bride asks
her closest friends. If she picked her co-workers, they would not be expected to wear a dress that they did not like. It would not be worth the embarrassment,
their time, or the bridesmaids gift—this is the difference between
friends and co-workers.Helping the bride is a bridesmaid’s
number one job. Wearing a hideous dress comes with the territory..
