Dust is the product of pollution. Dust can cause serious health problems such as asthma, itching and dust allergies. A new method to clean up has been introduced called dust controlling system. Dust collectors are become very popular as it offers a variety of cleaning up methods.
The main motive behind the dust collectors is to filter the air of the dust present in it. This can help both the people who are using it and also the society. The use of dust collectors can also help an industry comply with health and air emission standards. There are many times of dust collectors. Most commonly used types are inertial separators, air washers and scrubbers, baghouse collectors, cartridge dust collectors, and electrostatic precipitators. Below are given a new set of dust collectors.
1. AirWall Dust Collection Equipment: It has been designed for the capture and control of airborne contaminants. It is a self contained cartridge filter and operates with low horse power fans.
2. The Airwall Contamination Control Booth (CCB) system: This equipment is designed to isolate and control noise, dust, fumes and other pollutants.
3. Envirosystems AWC units: It designed for multiple applications, especially where large ventilation volumes are required and space is at a premium. This also offers exclusive "dual process" feature which allows them to be used for both dry and wet application.
4. The Air Master bin vent: It is designed to collect dust and airborne particulate from multiple small areas such as small grinding stations or sanding stations
5. Envirosystems AWR modules: They designed to be located remotely and connected via ducting to a separate fan.

If we need to know the importance of the dust collectors then we need to know how they work. They take the dirty air, filter out the dust, and then give out clean air. The use of filters in dust collectors is because it has to attract dust particles and allow the newly dust-free air to pass through. The filtered air is then released into the atmosphere which in turn we take in. Each one has its own methods to purify the air, but the goal is the same. We have many methods of doing it and each one might vary in price.
Now that we know how the dust collectors work we can find out what the other half of the battle is about. Many laws are being passes against polluting the atmosphere. The dust collectors will help you keeping yourself away from the law.
People don’t usually work at places which give out lot of pollution, so the dust collectors will also help you attract workers to your business. Dust collectors contribute to a neat and clean environment so it is always suggested to have a clean and a green environment so that your wok can be more enjoyable and safe.
