Erectile dysfunction Treatment and Natural Remedies for ED (Male Impotence)

Erectile dysfunction, from time to time called "impotence," is the frequent inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual contact.

Most doctors would like to see a combination of treatment approaches - lifestyle changes such as stopping smoking, losing the excess pounds, and increasing one's level of physical activity may be enough for a man to get his erection back. 6. Gingko is a ordinary herb that is used for erectile dysfunction, chiefly in people who experience sexual dysfunction as a side of antidepressant drugs. It helps to relax smooth muscle and enhance blood flow in the penis.

7. Ashwagandha is an additional useful herb that increases energy, stamina, and sexual function. It is a herbal tonic that improve erection as well as overall health.

8. Mix two tablespoons of position carrots with one glass of milk; heat it on small heat for ten minutes. Take 100 ml of the extract three times a day for one week. This is another successful home remedy for erectile dysfunction.
