What are the Real Causes of a Neck Spasm Headache?

The goal of the therapy is to reduce the muscle spasm allowing the spine to return to its normal position. This method is usually performed by quickly stretching the muscle. Other methods like “counter-strain” are also used to treat this type of headache. If you are the kind of person who doesn’t like to take medicine then manipulative therapy could be a good option for you to get rid of your neck spasm headache.
