Exercise, Stress and Fertility

Exercise is a great way for women to increase fertility and promote overall health. Regular exercise regulates hormone production, reduces stress and will even increase blood flow to a woman's reproductive organs. Reducing stress is also important for conception. When women are feeling stressed they create large amounts of a hormone called prolactin. This interferes with ovulation and decreases probability of pregnancy.
