Get Your Best Body Ever! In Less Time Than You Think…

My best friends wife just came home with a Valentine’s Day gift for him; a Men’s Magazine…hummmm… Ok, I know what you’re think, and unfortunately don’t get too excited. It’s really filled with guys that have 3% body fat, and washboard abs, not bunny’s in thongs… So can you imagine what my pal’s wife is trying to tell him? Get with the program dude!
She knows he spends time at the gym each day, and can see the results for herself when they’re in the master bedroom…or wherever they do their hanky panky stuff… Anyway, I really feel terrible for the guy. I mean come on already. What she’s really looking for from him is more time with him by her side. And if that’s not enough, the kids want dad around as well; you know shared duties…
So in order to satisfy everyone in life…including his own personal satisfaction, let’s not forget that part, he came to me seeking advise on the subject. After all it’s what I do! There are a lot of fades and trends on the market promising all sorts of results in twelve weeks or less. And repairing ones body that hasn’t been properly cared for for some time, takes a bit longer then twelve weeks to conquer.
Given his setoff circumstances, the best advise that I could offer my friend was to look seriously at a newly designed method of working out, that didn’t require hours and hours in the gym. It was so advanced that over a short period of time, someone could begin to experience absolutely amazing results in as few as twelve minutes a week.
The method I suggested for him is called Burst Training. This training technique would allow my friend to achieve his desired goals of building a much healthier body, and enhancing his muscle development ten fold, and offered him the opportunity to be home with his wife and kids more often. He agreed and could hardly pass up the extra playtime truly desired with his wife and kids. For those who understand this, you know exactly what I mean. The realities of being away all day at work, and then going directly to the gym for 1-2 hours, leave little time to enjoy the important benefits of family.
With Burst Training you’re working out for 10-20 second blasts at a time, and going hard for 4 minutes three times per week. Now when I mean full out, I really mean a full out pace during each set. The key to achieve here is a workout where your muscles get zero rest during each set.
As you workout this rigorous, you deplete the volume of oxygen in your body. As a result you will get the best cardio workout you have ever experienced, bar none! As you repeat this process for 4 minutes a day you will begin to see progress in strengthening the your core muscle extension of your whole body. You will also develop a new array of motion during the hands-free workout routine. Burst Training also promotes an increase in your stabilizer muscles, and creates a better sense of balance and equilibrium.
I highly recommend this form of exercise to everybody; even athletes at the top of their game can see tremendous benefits. What ever level you play at, one of the best ways to get into shape fast, that requires little time to get you where you want to be is a Burst Training workout.
