Got Bags Under Your Eyes? The Secret to Staying Younger Looking.

By: Tymon Hytem

Most of us would love it if there was some magic pill that stopped the process of aging. Unfortunately there is no such pill. There is however ways in which we can change our eating habits, change our skin regimen and change our lifestyles to help our skin look youthful and revitalized. One of these ways is by using antiaging antioxidants.
An antioxidant is a chemical that neutralizes free radicals so that they cannot obliterate cells and thus contribute to the aging process. These free radicals are produced during the process where the body oxidizes the cells to help produce energy during normal function.
You can find antioxidants in a variety of places throughout your day. They are found in almost every food that we eat. These antioxidants can be found in fruits, vegetables and some seafood. Most of the food that we consume on a daily basis contains vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A, B, C, E and Folic acid and Carotene and these are all natural antioxidants. That is way it is so important to make sure to get a well balanced diet.
We, as aging humans want to slow down this process or stop it at all costs. As we age, so does our skin. We tend to get more wrinkles and spots and we try every cream out there to slow it down. Well, now there are many, many products out on the market that will help you do just this. There are products that will help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines thus making us look younger.
In order to get the full effect of natural and cosmetic antioxidants, there are a few things that you must avoid. If you are a smoker or are exposed to smoke, you skin is being damaged. If you do not use sun block, you will end up with wrinkles, spotted skin or worse. This will lead to damaged skin. Also, if you are exposed to cold air and strong winds, this can lead to your skin drying out causing your skin to age. The best thing that you can do is use a good moisturizer to avoid your skin drying out. It is also important to drink plenty of water and make sure to exercise and get the required amount of rest each night. Doing these things will increase muscle tone, increase blood flow and reduce the signs of aging.
If you take care of your skin from the start by keeping it clean and well moisturized, the process of aging should slow down tremendously. Remember, we can not stop the process, but we can definitely slow it down.
