Home Remedies for Joint Pain and Beneficial Joint Pain Tips

Joint pain is one of the Arthritis symptoms. It affects one or extra joints. It is caused by a diversity of injuries or conditions. Joint pain may be caused by the irritation of the bursae called bursitis. The bursae are fluid-filled sacs that pillow and pad, bony parts, permit free movement of strength and tendons over the bone.

Causes of Joint pain

1. Joint injury
2. Infections like viral infection, bacterial infections etc.
3. Joint strains
4. Auto-immune diseases
5. Nervous system disorder

Beneficial Joint pain Tips

1. Usually Joint pain is felt additional in the morning. Apply some ointment on the exaggerated area before leaving to bed everyday.

2. Apply Eucalyptus oil where there is pain. Steam the exaggerated area or dip a towel in boiling water, wind the water out from the towel and affect it to the affected area.

3. Simple movements in Yoga, Cycling, Swimming, Walking etc. can control the pain. Keep the exercises easy and do not overexert. Doing exercises position in chest level water also improves the pain.

4. Proper posture should be maintain while sitting, walking and lying down.

5. If overweight, control weight by plummeting food and doing exercises.

6. Have one tea spoon of cod liver oil every day-Stick to the one tsp gauge. Avoid use of too much pain killers especially those containing narcotic and sleeping tablets.

7. Have lots of fruits containing Vitamin C like Guava, Oranges, and Gooseberries. Try avoiding milk and potatoes.

8. Fasting once a week have just carrot juice or cabbage soup helps to control a lot of problems associated with joint pain.

9. Cut lemon into little pieces and fry them in gingelly oil. Put the piece in a clean cloth and tie it. Apply this temperate pack to the affected area.

10. Boil tamarind leaf in water adding salt. Keep torrential the liquid on the affected area. This helps to reduce the pain.

• Massaging the affected area with any oil will give relief from joint pain.
• Drink a cup of papaya seed tea six or seven times each day for two or three weeks to get relief since joint pain.
