Calories can be reduced in two ways :

One. By eating less or
Two. By exercising more

So don't beat yourself over the head if you finish up taking more carbohydrates than you were expecting by eating that enticing fast food you desire so much. Acknowledge that you made a mistake and move on towards your goal.
