How to Lose Love Handles with Abdominal Exercise Equipment

It would be easy to underestimate the seriousness of excess fat around the
waist, the term love handles and spare tire are usually used, and someone
accused of having a spare tire may even feel somewhat proud as it is something
individuals think of as an determinant of how good your life is.

The reality is somewhat different. Speak to any health professional and they
will tell you very clearly that carrying needless weight around the waist can
quite increase health troubles in later life. Let's not even think about an
early death sentence. There should be no question in anybody's mind that
excess fat around the middle is something to be avoided.

There are two things that can make a considerable difference to the sum of
weight we carry, first off exercise, some sort of cardiovascular and strength
exercising is primary. Many of us are wedged into lifestyles that provide us
short time and opportunity for any variety of physical exercise, we sit at
desks, we sit in cars, we sit on sofas and we lead very sluggish lifestyles.

The most obvious way to lose love handles would be exercises at a health and
fitness center or gym. But why would you want to travel to a gym when you can

The first point for exercise has to be cardiovascular as this has the greatest
outcome on your metabolic rate and therefore the greatest effect on cutting
calories. Although easy to do, cardiovascular exercise does take time whether
you choose jogging, cycling or swimming they should all be done four or five
times a week for at least 30 minutes at an intensity high enough to keep your

an imbalance in the body. The solution is surprisingly simple in that we need
to make sure that we consume less calories than we use. It's no mystery that
the most calories come from overly fatty foods and carbohydrates and that the
total amount of food taken should also be studied.

Having discussed the importance of exercise it is necessary to implement the
same logic to diet, it is purposeless to rely on diet alone to remove love
handles. Despite all the innovative fad diets available there is a simple
underlying truth, any form of starvation diet may well be very effective if it
can be upheld. If and when the starvation diet ends the body will overreact
and instantly start storing additional fat from the extra food that it has been
craving for in the first place.

The only way to lose love handles is to use a combination of cardiovascular,
directed exercise and a level-headed balanced diet. Getting information on
