How to Stop Snoring

Many of us do not know what we are allergic to. Though it's sounds very odd, in many cases it's true that we are not aware of our allergens. The most ignored sign is snoring.
Simple diet changes - Key to your snoring
A list if items that should be removed from your diet:
* Diary Foods! The prime reason that causes snoring is diary products. The best solution to stop snoring is excluding dairy products from your diet.
* Alcohol and Sedatives are a definite NO! Sedatives like sleeping pills and low dose alcohol can cause you to snore during the sleep as they can suppress your breathing drive.
* Never eat to your stomach's content just before going to bed. Several food items will irritate your digestive tract and air passage, which will result in snoring.
* Smoking causes irritation in your throat and it is another factor for nighttime snoring.
Food stuffs that aid to stop snoring:
* Onion consumption, greatly reduces congestion. Onions are naturally anti-inflammatory. More often than not, they combat cold and flu.
* Lemon and Honey consumption can be a very good solution to snoring. Honey is a natural anti-septic and decongestant. Fresh lemon juice, with a dash of honey just before going to bed really helps.
What is also very important is that this combination can help you to lose fat. Honey is an excellent natural home remedy for obesity and lowering of cholesterol levels. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.
* Including hot foods like garlic and horseradish to your diet can help in reducing snoring. Snoring is reduced, when consuming them as they dry up the nasal passage, clear mucus and sinus blockage thus reduces snoring.
Raw garlic is very strong, so eating too much could produce problems, for example irritation of or even damage to the digestive tract.
