By: Mike Hargreaves

A congestive heart could be serious without the right treatments. Being able to recognise the symptoms of congestive heart problems is just the first stage for receiving the correct treatment for you. It may be that the symptoms you are having are not consistent with a congestive heart ailment but may well show up an additional variety of heart or other medical difficulty. Either means it's better to get a check up if you are alarmed at all.

When you suffer from having a congestive heart then the heart is not able to uphold suitable circulation of blood in the tissues of the body or to push out the venous blood returned by venous circulation. It is incredibly important for all patients to understand what their heart is doing so they may take the right course of action.

It isn't possible to see inside your torso and know what is going on but there are symptoms that will clue you into the fact that you are having several troubles. All of a sudden, you observe that you have a shortness of breath when you exert yourself such as walking or going up and down steps. This is one of the main signs of heart congestion.

You could also realize that you tire easily and feel continually bushed even after a decent nights rest. Fatigue and tiring is a classic symptom that you must call your doctor with concerns concerning the possibility of congestive heart problems. When you find the inflammation of the feet, ankles or legs and occasionally the tummy are steady and very discomforting then you have got to check with your physician. Persistent coughing, harsh breathing or wheezing is an alternative symptom of having a congestive heart.

You might realize that you are gaining weight and have no means of controlling this gain. When you watch your weight and still notice that you are gaining weight, possibly the trouble is with your heart. The truth that you are still gaining weight without any obvious clarification might be grounds for alarm. This also is a symptom of a congestive heart. Breathing may be come demanding even when you are resting or lying down. A cough or wheeze may well too come about coupled with spitting up red sputum. These are all symptoms of a congestive heart and you must see your doctor before it becomes congestive heart failure.

You have problems if you feel chest pain, palpitations of the heart and develop a fever do not dither go right away to the emergency room as this is a sign that your congestive heart failure is happening. You may have started out with a few ankle, feet and leg inflammation. That point you must immediately contact your doctor. At this point your doctor should dispatch you to a cardiologist. A cardiologist is a heart specialist and may carry out teats that are not possible in a doctor's surgery.

A heart specialist could make suggestions that will help you continue a healthy life style and provide you with the suitable medical attention for your condition. A correct diet is critical in having a healthy heart. Medicine has improved over the years and so has measures that your cardiologist will be able to advise you on. Congestive heart troubles need not develop into a situation of heart failure.
