Born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 2, 1975, Katt Micah Williams is an American comedian, rapper and an actor. Son of a former member of the Black Panther Party, he was raised in Dayton, OH and always had dreams of becoming a comedian like his idols Bill Cosby, Darnell Allen and Richard Pryor. For this Katt Williams left home at 13 with his dog, Rasha and moved to Florida. He became a street vendor and crafted his art on the stand-up circuits of Florida, North Carolina, Oklahoma, New Orleans, and Sacramento in his teen years.

His big break came in the summer of 1999 after winning Cedric the Entertainer’s Anheuser-Busch ‘Best Los Angeles Comics’ Award. Katt Williams was now 'Money Mike' in 2002's Friday After Next (a character he went on to play at the start of Lil Kim's video for "Lighters Up" in 2005).

Katt Williams has rapped on The Game's mix tape ‘Ghost Unit’, with Chamillionaire on his album Mixtape Messiah in the song ‘Roll Call’ and also with Snoop Dogg.

You can find Katt Williamsperforming at the Laugh Factory, located on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, California and has also performed on BET's ComicView, and Def Comedy Jam. Warner Music signed up Katt Williams to Dipset, a rap group led by Cam'Ron and he is going by his name ‘Money Mike’. The Pimp Chronicles Pt. 1 is his own new stand-up HBO show that started in 2006 and he hosted first ever BET Hip Hop Awards show on Wednesday November 15, 2006. Katt Williams considers his appearance on The Howard Stern Show, on November 30, 2006, the high point of his career. He also appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
