A kidney stone is a hard, crystalline mineral material shaped within the kidney or urinary area. Kidney stones are a ordinary reason of blood in the urine and often severe ache in the abdomen, flank, or groin. Kidney stones are occasionally called renal calculi. 9. Have 2 or 3 apples a day.

10. Watermelon, also eaten as fruit or taken as juice is one of the safest and most excellent diuretics.

11. Simmer 2 figs in cup of water and drink this primary thing in the morning for one month.

12. 1 cup of radish leaves juice can be get two times a day

13. Slurp a glass of fresh tomato juice varied with pinch of salt and rush of pepper.
