Losing Your Hair is a Natural Part of Aging

By: Alex Sam

Hair loss is a very sad occurrence that is experienced by people both young and old. You might be surprised to learn that many people are unable to untangle fact from fiction when it comes to hair loss. Losing your hair is a natural part of the aging process, obviously for men, but also for women, after the menopause. Men who start to go bald even before a mid-life crisis may have their mothers to blame, according to a new study. Hair Loss - one of the most confounding conditions men and women have ever struggled with.

All of us lose hair everyday, whether male or female, young or old. While Androgenetic Alopecia is the number one reason why individuals experience hair loss, it is not the only one. Dry hair is often caused by too much time in the sun, chlorine, salt water, over-shampooing, permanents, heat styling, or neglect. The first step to combating dry hair is proper grooming.

Frizzy, Brittle Hair 90% of us suffer with dry brittle or frizzy hair because our hair is deficient of (moisture) WATER! Hair loss for women is not something you hear much about, but in reality there are many women of all ages suffering the emotional agony of hair loss.

Today I will tell you about an alternative way to treat hair loss. Hair loss is a problem that affects a large number of males and also a number of females. The human body is continually growing and replacing hair. If your hair has started to thin out, take heart. You can do something about it. The shock sets in when you find your shower drain clogged with hair, or your pillow covered with scads of loose hairs. The intensity of suffering on account of hair loss in women is much more than the intensity of such loss in men.

Everything about human beings is special, including their hair. Can you give the count of hair on your head? Perhaps, the totally bald individual can give the exact count! People stricken with the agony of hair loss have been often found desperately switching over from one course of treatment to another in order to check hair loss and bring back hairs on scalp. So many men go bald and nearly all women seem to have heads full of hair.

This abnormal hair loss is technically called alopecia. Very hardly people care to treat their hair as they treat their face. We will start with the bad first and that is unfortunately hair loss isn't the only annoying change that goes with breaking into the golden years. Discontinuation of taking birth control pills can also cause temporary female hair loss. Everyone knows the sad story of Samson who lost his incredible power after his wife Delilah had cut his long hair off. It is normal to shed some hair each day as part of this cycle.

Alex Sam writes on female hair loss, male hair loss, cause of hair loss www.solidhair.com, hair loss prevention and natural hair loss treatments. Her site also has hair care recipes that you can easily prepare from your own home.
