Natural Remedies for White Vaginal Discharge and Vaginal Yeast Infection Cure

By: dr. sarkozy mikal

Vaginal discharge is a common clinical problem with many etiologies. In the past vague terms such as "non-specific vaginitis" or "distracted lower genital tract infection" often was used to describe circumstances that produce vaginal discharge.

Recently, careful definitions of clinical syndromes and increased knowledge about the specific agents that cause genital infection in women have made more precise diagnosis possible.

The vagina, ectocervix and end cervix are all susceptible to various pathogens, depending on the type of epithelium present and other factors in the microenvironment.

The squalors epithelium of the vagina and ectocervix is susceptible to infection with Candida species and Trichomonas virginals and the columnar epithelium of the end cervix is susceptible to infection with Neustria gonorrhea and Chlamydia trachoma is.
Herpes simplex virus may infect both types of epithelium.

Causes of White Vaginal Discharge

1. Emotional stress
2. Ovulation (the production and release of an egg from your ovary in the middle of your menstrual cycle)
3. Pregnancy
4. Sexual excitement
5. Atrophic virginities (seen in women who have gone through menopause and have low estrogen levels)
6. * Bacterial vaginosis (BV) -- Bacteria that in general live in the vagina overgrow, causing a grey set free and fishy odor that worsen after sexual contact. BV is usually not sexually transmitted.
7. Cervical or vaginal cancer (rarely a cause of excess discharge)
8. Chlamydia

Symptoms of White Vaginal Discharge

The most common symptoms of gynecologic disorders include vaginal itching, a vaginal discharge, abnormal bleeding from the vagina, pain in the pelvic area, and breast pain and lumps (see Breast Disorders).
The meaning of gynecologic symptoms often depends on the age of the woman because symptoms may be connected to the hormonal changes that happen with aging.

Vaginal discharge symptoms may require treatments such as a LEEP procedure, or non-surgical treatments for infections like lichen scleroses.

Treatment of White Vaginal Discharge

Virginities is usually characterized by a vaginal discharge and/ or vulvar itching and irritation, and a vaginal odor might be present.

The three diseases most frequently associated with vaginal discharge are BV (replacement of the normal vaginal flora by an overgrowth of anaerobic microorganisms, myco-plasmas, and Gardnerella virginals), trichomoniasis (T. virginals), and candidacies (usually caused by Candida alb cans).
Cervicitis can sometimes cause a vaginal discharge. Although vulvovaginal candidacies (VVC) usually are not transmitted sexually, it is included in this section because it is frequently diagnosed in women being evaluated for STDs.
