Natural Whole Food Liquids VS Synthetic Vitamins & Minerals

By: Thom Reece

When deciding upon the multiple liquid nutritional products that are on the market it's important to remember your best nutrition comes from 100% natural organic liquid products.

Any liquid product that touts a specific amount of any vitamin or mineral is formulated from "synthetics".

High quality natural nutrition is about "balance" not "potency".

When vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, etc. are in a naturally occuring balance they will be readily absorbed at the cellular level. When they are not in natural balance, the body has defense mechanisms to purge these "foreign" substances from your body... the result is no nutritional gain... and more stress on your bodies systems.

A totally natural liquid dietary supplement will never show "specific percentages" of any vitamin, mineral, enzyme, amino acid, or micro mineral. They will list the components... but never the percentage or actual amount. Why? It is virtually impossible to do so. Only when you are dealing with synthetic compounds can you specifically list amounts of each component of the mix.

Take two oranges from the same tree... do a qualitative and quantitive analysis of the specific components of each and you will find naturally occuring differences... however the RATIO of each component will be the same. Remember, it's about "natures balance" not "potency".

Now... pick up the bottle of any liquid or pill supplement you are taking. Read the label. If the label shows specific amounts of any vitamin, mineral, etc. ... it is a synthetic product. It may, or may not, absorb properly in the human body. Many studies show that vitamin pills are only absorbed at about a 10% to 30% level.

By ingesting out-of-balance supplements... liquid or pills... we run the very real risk of aggravating deficiencies that already exist... or worse.
