It is important to maintain a regular exercise pattern in your daily life. This short article provides you with 5 good reasons for taking regular exercise.

1. Healthy Body Weight

Exercise burns calories and helps you to maintain a healthy body weight by balancing your intake of calories from food and drink with the burning of excess calories through regular exercise.

2. Prevent and Control Disease

Regular exercise helps to strengthen the body and its various organs and prevent many common diseases associated with the heart and other vital organs. Also helps prevent many forms of cancer, diabetes etc.If disease already exists then regular exercise can help to control the disease and in many cases eradicate it. Cholesterol levels and blood pressure is more easily controlled through regular exercise.

3. Healthy State of Mind

Regular exercise encourages the release of healthy chemicals in the body such as endorphins and serotonin which give a greater feeling of well being and happiness. You will feel better and sleep better. These chemicals also help to fight depression and other mental illnesses.

4. Increased Energy

Because your body does not have to deal with excess weight, disease and negative mental issues, regular exercise will give you more energy and vitality.

5. Self Esteem

Through regular exercise, you will not only feel better but look better, appear more attractive to those around you, make you more confident in your work and private life, give you an enhanced sex life and generally make you feel good and positive about yourself and life in general.

To summarize, the human body was designed in such a way that only regular exercise can maintain the correct level of chemicals that are necessary to keep us in a healthy tip top condition.
