By: Gavin Sanderson

Due to the ban of ephedra-based stacker products by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), there has been another development of stacker products. If you are a person who has used stacker products in the past, or are interested in supplements, here is a review of the latest dietary supplement, Stacker 3 with Chitosan.

Description of Stacker 3 With Chitosan

Chitosan is the newest diet substance that works by reducing the amount of fat absorbed into the body. The calories just go through your system. So many diet products on the market today contain Chitosan including Stacker 3.

The Stacker 3 not only contains Chitosan but other ingredients proven to reduce body fat. The main ingredients are kola nuts, grapefruit extracts, caffeine, white willow bark, cactus extract 12:1, guarana sees, garcinia fruit and Triguarcinia3 Complex green tea leaves.

Green Tea- this ingredient gives a boost to the metabolism which helps burn fat. It is also and antioxidant and according to some studies may be help prevent cancer.

Grapefruit extract-this ingredient contains fat burning properties

Caffeine- For years this has been added to a number of dietary supplements because it is considered to be a weight loss stimulant that helps burn fat.

Guarana seeds-it is considered a fat burner as well. It contains tetra methylxantine which is a compound similar to that of caffeine.

White Willow Bark-a substance used to make aspirin, it has long been considered useful in weight loss supplements.

Chitosan- this is the new ingredient that promises to be the most effective weight loss substance.

Warnings and side effects for Stacker 3 With Chitosan

Stacker 3 like many diet pills has side effects that include insomnia, a feeling of restlessness and occasionally jitters. It isn’t stimulant free. Even though the label on the bottle says “edhedra free” don’t assume it is completely safe. Kola nut extract and synephrine which comes from the citrus aurantium are stimulants and both are found in Stacker 3.

Pregnant mothers and nursing women cannot use Stacker 3 with Chitosan. And people who are sensitive to caffeine or people who drink coffee may also have some serious health issues. Check with a doctor before you use Stacker 3 with Chitosan.

Stacker 3 with Chitosan can be purchased online from several websites. You can compare various sites for prices, just be sure to take shipping into account. If you don’t want to order online, you can visit your local health food store or drug store and buy it off the shelf.
