When on holiday, getting a tan is a serious business and there's plenty of posing to be done down on the beach. Most teens and adults feel that getting a tan is a great look. A good way of getting a tan and protecting your skin is to use suntan lotions. Getting a tan is fashionable - and dangerous. Protect your skin with lotions.
The golden rule of tanning: don't ever sunburn. Sunburn is a danger worth talking about. The most important thing in getting a tan is to get it gradually, adding the amount of sun one is exposed to each day. one sunburn during childhood may cause skin cancer years later. As with natural sunlight overexposure can cause sunburn. A sunburn really just means that sun has burned your skin. The point is sunburn is bad for you. The best way to avoid sunburn is to wear suntan lotions. Even though you will eventually heal, sunburn is still bad for you, really bad. It is possible to get a sunburn on a cloudy day.
Who's at risk. Everyone is at risk from sunburn. It's not just light skinned individuals who are at risk. Reduce your risk of sun damage by protecting yourself from these harmful rays. The primary risk factor for developing skin cancer is excessive exposure to the sun. Ultraviolet radiation from the sun raises the risk of skin cancer later in life. Any continued exposure to the sun puts you at a higher risk of developing problems.
With no sun protection, skin remains vulnerable to burns and damage. These ultraviolet (UV) rays are the main causes of damage to the skin from the sun. It can damage your skin and lead to skin cancer later on in life. The simple truth is that a suntan fades, but skin damage from tanning does not. Protect your skin from sun damage. Improper skin care can cause permanent damage from the suns rays. Remember to take your sunglasses too as the bright sunlight can damage your eyes. The question remains, how to look bronzed and beautiful without the damage. Protect your skin with suntan lotions.
