The Best Vitamin Supplement You'd Never Think To Take

By: Brad Bryson

There are so many multi-vitamin supplements on the market today. How can you know which is best? After personally taking many different health supplements over many years, this is what works for me.

Now before you call me crazy and click away, please just read a little further to see the reasoning behind what I'm proposing. Almost every multi-vitamin supplement you find at your grocery store are in compressed tablet form. These things are as hard as rocks and sometimes so big they're also hard to swallow.

Here's the major problem you'll encounter with this type of supplement. They don't digest very well, or at all. Most of these types of hard vitamins just end up in the toilet. This is especially true for us older folks who's digestive power is greatly reduced as we get older. Plus, some people have a really hard time swallowing these big pills.

So how can you avoid wasting your money, and even worse, not getting the health benefits you're trying to get by taking a vitamin supplement? The solution is so simple it's almost always overlooked. Take a chewable children's vitamin. Hold on for just a second. This isn't half as silly as it sounds. Here's why.

Would you rather get some vitamins and minerals in your system or none at all? Which would be better. The answer is very obvious. Don't worry. In just a minute, I'm going to tell you how to get the same amount as you would if your adult vitamin worked as it should.

So why in the world would you want to take a children's vitamin instead of the more popular adult vitamins? In one word. Absorption. These vitamins are made to break down very easily in your system. Just the fact that you chew them is a huge benefit compared to taking those compressed, hard adult vitamins. When you chew these children's vitamins, they immediately break down to a fine powder and enter your system right away.

Not only is this better for everyone, it's especially important for older people. Another thing that's great about children's vitamins, is they're way cheaper than adult vitamins. Also, they taste great and are easier to take.

I personally take Flintstones vitamins as that's what I like best. If you want to get by even cheaper, just get the generic animal shaped vitamins sold right next to them on the same shelf.

Are these vitamins safe and of high quality? Yes, of course they are. They're made for children. Any product made for children has to go through rigorous testing for safety.

Please remember, it's always important for you to consult your doctor before taking any health supplement, especially if you take other medicine. This is how I personally take the vitamins to make sure I'm getting the proper amounts for an adult. I simply take one chewable children's vitamin with each meal of the day. That's three total for me.

Warning: If you decide to get the type with iron in them, always keep these as far away from the reach of children as possible. These vitamins were made to taste good to kids so they'd take them without a fuss. Plus, they're cartoon shaped and are attractive to children. We never want to give a child an overdose of iron, as this could be fatal. Always keep all health supplements and medicine in a place where children can not get to them!

If you're over the age of 30, you may also want to take a high quality anti aging supplement that contains herbs and important amino acids. This is what I do, as I'm quite a bit over 30 now. The combination of these two supplements has worked especially well for me. I take my anti aging supplement in capsule form for better absorption.

This is a powerful and healthy combination. This will make you healthy on the inside and also make you look better on the outside. It works for me. Give it a try and see what it'll do for you too. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
