The Foundation Of All Desire Is The Desire To Be The Heart by Elysha

By: Elysha

By the tendency of you being lost in your constant attempt of trying to be the mindbody that you are flowing through, you fear what you truly want - the fulfilment of the foundation desire of all desires; the desire to be your heart - and you desire what you cannot ever be fulfilled by - the superficial desires that cover this foundation desire.

Any wonder then, that the fallacy of trying to being who you think you are has become so entrenched that it seems impossible for you to find your way out of it? Yet, here "you" are, as "you" have always been, and you realize it not.

How ingenious of it all. Closer to you than the nose on your own face is this "you" of you and yet you see it not. You are so artfully distracted - again and again and on a momentary basis - by your ideas and belief of who you think you are. You suffer constantly and consistently in your belief of whatever your chattering mind tells you, as being true of you.

That is the only thing that you are suffering and that is the only thing that is distracting you from realizing this "you" of you - the love; the self; the heart; the intelligence; the innocence; the delightfulness - that you already are, even right now in this currently arising moment.

There is this "motion of seeing" that is flowing through your eyes right now. The "aliveness" of this seeing - the seer - is who you are.

The magic of being "you" runs a lot deeper than this beginning stage of finding this "you" of you, but you cannot come to the clarity and quality of who you are if you do not get on with the seeing and being of who "you" are to begin with. First things first, one step at a time, from this moment to the next "this moment."

You will learn of how you'll think that you will somehow be able to break through the very thing that you believe yourself to be while not leaving alone the very activity that is perpetuating your imprisonment of trying to be the notyou that "you" are not, and yet flowing through.

Who is going to break through the one who refuses to let go - another from outside of you? Even if you are given a "siddhi" which breaks through your resistance, it will only be momentarily as you will return to your accustomed place of resistance of trying to be who you think you are and of continuing to suffer that falsity.

The "meteoric tail" of any outside influence will wear off. That is the nature of transiency, of duality; all things come and go. Manifestation is full of its "cycles" of comings and goings. Who "you" are, however, is the beyondness that stands totally independently of all "arisings" and it is flowing through the very eyes of this mindbody that you keep on falsely identifying yourself to be.

Who you are also happens to be impersonal - something that scares who you think you are witless. You are just a bit fearful of being free because freedom is freedom from everything - not just of some things. What is not being seen though, is the joy and delight, love and light, power and strength, depth and richness that this freedom of this "you" of you is.

This "you" is the "motion of seeing" that is flowing through your very eyes right now. Find it and stop at and as it and come to being deeply at rest as it. The learning of realizing this "you" on a momentary basis is something that you will never regret the learning of. You will be astonished by its simplicity and freedom.
