Almost every bacterial infection like staph can be prevented by maintaining a proper hygiene. It's always best to regularly wash the hands before eating with cleaning soap or a hand sanitizer. Usually, staph infection spreads due to variety of reasons like sharing the same towel or clothes with people who are infected with this disease or if people stay in very congested areas or play sports with infected people.

Staph infection can be prevented if a person takes proper rest, eats nutritious meals, and lives a stress-free life. Living a healthy lifestyle can provide us with a strong immune system to fight off the invasive bacteria. Staph bacteria can also be seen to be immune to different types of antibiotics hence it is always better to depend on our natural antibodies to repel this fatal bacteria stress.
