I want to help educate people about the importance of eating right, when and when not to eat, exercise, maintaining a healthy lifestyle that compliments what and who U R. Each time you choose a meal, snack. a food, a drink, you are making a decision that affects you and your body in a positive or negative way. We know that heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and many other major and minor ailments and diseases, including cancers, are often linked to poor health. Oh! and another thing, what often causes poor health is poor eating choices. YOU KNOW, eating at your favorite fast food restaurants, the ones we should visit less, are becoming a problem in maintaining a good weight and percentage of fat.
